About your role as a Support Specialist
To fulfil our ambitions, we need your help! Within our Forensic Investigation support team we are looking for a Support Specialist who can help us further manage our existing products and projects and who can support the launch of a brand new product. As a Support Specialist, you will provide first and second line support. Remote, but also on-site at our customers in Northern and Western Europe. You will also advise customers on the use and setup of our products in their environments and play an important role in supporting a number of high-profile European projects.
Because we have short lines within ZiuZ Forensic Investigation, you can make a solid contribution to the further development of our products, projects and processes.
What do you bring?
We believe a relevant ICT education (MBO/HBO) is necessary for this position.
In addition:
- you have at least 5 years of working experience in managing software and hardware products;
- you have knowledge of Windows Server and preferably also Linux;
- You have knowledge of networking technologies;
- you have experience with SQL Database configuration and management, experience with MariaDB is a plus;
- Experience with NoSQL Database configuration and management (e.g. Elastic Search) is a plus;
- you are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills;
- you work in a structured and precise manner;
- you know how to set priorities;
- you are fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing; and
- you are willing to travel, especially within Europe.
